Assisted Service Device for Barclays
Brief
Barclays commissioned us to work with their team on the development of a new customer access terminal for use in branches.
The Assisted Service Device should enable all customers to access the banking services on offer.
Process
An iterative design process was adopted. Our first involvement was in defining the aspirations for the new device.
We then undertook expert assessment of mock-up devices.
Further mock-ups were tested with a range of users including those with access requirements.
